Attorney Introduction

The team of Henry Frohsin and Jim Barger first gained national recognition in the highly-publicized and groundbreaking arms export case, U.S. v. Latifi, et al. Frohsin – a veteran federal prosecutor well-known for his zealous prosecutions of the Ku Klux Klan – and Barger – a rising star whose legal writing shaped the development of False Claims Act litigation – formed a dynamic trial combination.

In the fall of 2008, the two lawyers along with attorney Elliott Walthall left their thriving corporate practices at a major Southern firm to create something new. Focusing strictly on the pursuit of justice and the idea that law practice is a noble profession – not big business – the firm made a priority of fighting Government fraud and abuse, quickly achieving unprecedented results that again placed them in the national spotlight: recovering nearly $25 Million on behalf of taxpayers and exposing the largest Medicare Hospice fraud in the country’s history.
