Henry I Frohsin


A veteran prosecutor and former First Assistant United States Attorney, Henry is well known for having taken on a myriad of complex federal criminal prosecutions including numerous Ku Klux Klan and civil rights prosecutions. As Chief of the Civil Division, he was engaged to represent virtually every agency of the federal government during his 15 year tenure. With over 40 years of trial experience in both the public service and private practice sectors, he is lead trial counsel for Frohsin & Barger LLC. A former municipal judge, Henry is also a respected mediator whose experience behind the bench and extensive experience as a trial lawyer offers him a unique perspective for valuing and mediation cases. Past Chairman of the Birmingham Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, Henry volunteers his time to steer major disaster relief efforts and advance the ongoing mission of the American Red Cross.
